Our workforce housing program is meant to assist individuals find more affordable rental options in Springdale. Under our workforce housing program, we offer studio apartments starting at 531 SF, one-bedroom apartments starting at 711 SF, and two-bedroom apartments starting at 950 SF.
In order to qualify for our workforce housing program, the total annual household income can not exceed the amounts listed below. This amount does vary based upon the number of household members. In addition to the income guidelines listed below, all adult household members must pass credit and criminal background screening.
